If you do have a claim, we want you to call us before you call the insurance company. We will help you determine what steps to take, help you decide if you should file a claim or not, and set your expectations of how the claim will go. This in and of itself makes most claims go very smoothly for our clients, but sometimes extra help is needed to get you the outcome you want. We are here to help you thru the process, and even stand up for you with any claims issues that may arise.

Our job is to help you understand the various risks you face and provide solutions to protect your family. In its simplest form, insurance is a tool that we use to manage risk. Some insurance, like Auto and Homeowners insurance, is required but most other policies you may purchase in your lifetime are optional.
The challenge that you face as a consumer is knowing what risks that you may face in your lifetime and what options you have to protect yourself against those risks. Our job is help you identify them and provide you choices to protect your home and loved ones.
