Client Care Team (Salary Range 37k and up)
A successful team member will assist and support our account managers, producers and clients.

This role handles client inquiries, requests and changes. Creating supportive role to getting the tasks done is paramount to success.

While prior experience is a plus, it is not required. Strong customer service skills and experience with MS Office products will get you moving in this role just fine!

Desired Outcomes of this Role

  • Provide solid support to team and clients by processing work in efficient, timely manner.
  • Awareness of actions/inaction and it's impact on client insurance portfolio
  • Provide outstanding service on claims, billing questions and endorsements and all client and team member needs
  • Work with management to create and enforce agency processes as well as be a coach and mentor to other team members.

Personal Lines Account Manager (Salary Range 44k and up -D.O.E, plus bonuses/commissions)
A successful team member will serve and grow our clients, via two primary duties; providing excellent care for our clients needs while providing exemplary coverage options, and education as well.

This role handles new clients and long term relationship building and renewals of current clients.

This role requires prior insurance experience and ability to get and/or maintain an insurance license.

Desired Outcomes of this Role

  • Maintain a high retention ratio by being proactive and providing extraordinary service
  • Look for additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business
  • Conducting annual account reviews
  • Provide outstanding service on claims, billing questions and endorsements
  • Transfer non-licensed work to the Account Tech
  • Work with management to create and enforce agency processes as well as be a coach and mentor to other team members.
