1. Approximately 90 days before your renewal our team will begin preparing your review file.
  2. Approximately 80 days you will get a text message inviting you to engage in the process.  We are integrating these changes with our normal annual review process
  3. You will be given an option to update some information via an online form or arrange a time to have a review call with one of our team members.
  4. We will look at the updated information, what your current carrier will be charging and providing our advise for your best interests (one of the benefits of using an independent agent).  We will summarize this information in an email to you.
